Today's MMOJ: Breakfast for Dinner

My 12-year-old is currently taking a Family Consumer Sciences class at his middle school. (That's basically the class that used to be called home economics). Today, he learned how to make pancakes from scratch. He was so proud of the pancakes he made at school that he came home and offered to make dinner.

Not to be outdone, my younger son asked if he could help and jumped in and made some scrambled eggs.

Dinner was delicious (if a little messy), but the best part was that they decided that every Tuesday would be "kids make dinner night."

I think I have My Minutes of Joy set for the next several Tuesdays!

I am here for it.
